Mullins Law Firm is a small, traditional Family Law Firm dedicated to providing quality legal services to the people of Southern Nevada. Our practice emphasizes Family Law, Real Estate,  Business Law and Civil Litigation, including Personal Injury.

Our firm is committed to resolving simple and complex legal and litigation matters for our clients in an efficient and expedient (and therefore less costly) fashion, while preserving quality in all our work products.  Neil and Michelle Mullins, both attorneys, are the only lawyers in this firm.  Their combined legal careers give the clients over thirty-five years of experience as seasoned practitioners and litigators. 

While the practice emphasizes family law, real estate and  business matters, we also deal with personal injury cases, defending and prosecuting commercial or business litigation cases, and tax issues for our regular clients.

While litigation is the emphasis of our practice, the firm takes pride in the fact that over 90% of the cases are resolved without the necessity for trial or protractive litigation, and are resolved within 120 days. Our reputation is that we will attempt to resolve every case amiably, but will litigate the remainder aggressively.  Combined, Neil and Michelle Mullins have tried over 100 civil (both jury and non-jury trials) and Neil has handled 6 Nevada Supreme Court Appeals during his 18 year career.
