Born: Lubbock, Texas, March 21, 1959

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1982 and her Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1988. Michelle was initially licensed and practiced in Oklahoma, and then moved to Nevada in 1989 where she has been practicing law, ever since.

Michelle's practice has emphasized all aspects of civil litigation, both plaintiff and defense, including

• Insurance defense
• Commercial and business litigation.

Michelle joined Mullins Law Firm in December of 2005.  Prior to that she practiced ten years at Hale, Lane, Peek, Dennison and Howard, eight of which she was a partner.  At Hale Lane, Michelle practiced tort defense litigation and complex commercial litigation.
