For businesses, we draft and litigate contracts, draft and negotiate leases, setup corporations and LLC'S for our clients.  We have contact with several large General Practice Law Firms who we refer complex business transactions to for out clients including, mergers, acquisitions, patent, trademark infringement cases, etc.  We are resident agents for over 40 Southern Nevada Companies.

Our real estate services include representing brokerage firms, realtors and both sides of buy/sell agreements.    We litigate all aspects of real estate disputes between buyers, sellers, brokers and agents.  Neil drafts commercial and residential leases, and both attorneys litigate all aspects of real estate contracts.

We have served over 3,500 clients in Southern Nevada since 1988.  The firm was established in 1990 as a solo practice of Neil Mullins and Michelle Mullins joined the firm in December of 2005.  Michelle previously practiced at Hale, Lane, Peek, Dennison and Howard.  She practice tort defense and commercial litigation, primarily.

Neil M. Mullins - Practice areas: Family Law, Real Estate, and Commercial Litigation.  Neil earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Oklahoma (J.D. 1988).  He attended Buffalo State College where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree, Cumlaude, in 1985.  Neil clerked for the late, Honorable John B. Doolin, Chief Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court from 1987 to 1988.  Neil is a member of the Clark County and American Bar Associations (Sections on Litigation and Family Law; the State Bar of Nevada (where he is a Court Appointed Arbitrator); he is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; and the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association.

Neil was born in Hudson, New York on December 31, 1962 and his hobbies and interests include; Golf, Politics, and he is an avid reader of history.

Upon graduation from law school in 1988 and ceasing his Clerkship with Chief Justice Doolin, he passed the Nevada Bar in 1988 and was admitted to the Nevada Bar, the US District Court in Southern Nevada, the District of Nevada and the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  He practiced in an insurance defense firm for 2 ½ years before initiating and starting Mullins Law Firm in December of 1990.

Michelle D. Mullins - Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1982.  She earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1988.  Michelle was initially licensed and practiced in Oklahoma, and then moved to Nevada in 1989 where she has been practicing law, ever since.
